Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

1. Only original gift vouchers accepted by post or in person.

2. If redeemed by post please note no goods can be dispatched until the Gift Voucher has been received and verified.

3. Hilditch & Key will only accept responsibility of the gift voucher once received (we recommend sending the gift voucher by recorded post to ensure receipt).

4. Minimum value £20 (or equivalent in any currency).

5. Gift vouchers can be purchased in GBP, EURO and USD and in any denomination (minimum value £20).

6. No change given.

7. Exchanged or returned goods that were originally purchased with a gift voucher will only be exchanged for another gift voucher to the same value.

8. No cash refunds.

9. No expiry date.

10.Gift vouchers cost £2 (UK only) and £5 (outside the UK) to post by recorded delivery and require a signature on receipt.
