FRENCH CUSTOMERS: Our Paris store is closed for renovation and will re-open in 2024. While the store is closed, online orders to France will receive complimentary shipping - Customs duty is out of our control and will still be charged. Thank you for your continued support.
Standard delivery
We aim to deliver all in stock items in 1-3 days. However, during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.
All orders placed on the site will be dispatched via our trusted courier service DHL.
Please be aware that any orders containing alterations can take up an additional 7 days to process. You will receive email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Out of stock items
All stock is sold subject to availability. If an item on your order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to let you know. You will be refunded for this item.
